Lifetime Warranty
In its development and production, Duravit attaches great importance to extreme precision and sustainability. We are so convinced of the quality of our products that we are now offering a lifetime warranty on our ceramics. End customers can easily register their Duravit ceramics up to 3 months after purchase online here and receive a personal certificate. If a material defect, manufacturing defect or construction defect is discovered, the claim can also be made online.

SensoWash® Warranty
Duravit grants an extended warranty on SensoWash® products. To register your product, please fill out the SensoWash® registration form. After completing the registration you will receive your warranty certificate.

Five-year warranty
Duravit offers end customers a voluntary warranty of five years for selected products.
For sanitary ceramics, bathtubs and shower trays (excluding whirltubs), toilet seats and covers (excluding shower toilets and shower toilet seats and covers), tap units, installation systems, bathroom furniture and accessories, Duravit guarantees that these products are free of material, production or design faults for the term of the warranty. The decisive criterion is the state of the art of science and technology at the time of production.
Should any faults arise, Duravit will rectify them at its own expense by repairing the product or delivering a new product as it deems fit. Duravit is entitled to commission a plumber to perform the services in accordance with these warranty terms and conditions.

The defective product will be repaired or replaced by delivering a new product of the same type and quality free of charge. In the event that the defective product is no longer produced at the time of the warranty claim, Duravit reserves the right to deliver an equivalent product. Following replacement, the defective products will become the property of Duravit.
