  • Green Building.

The German Stock Exchange was the first high-rise building in Germany to be awarded platinum certification under the LEED standard. The office building received this award not only for the sustainable design, but also for the high level of user-friendliness. State-of-the-art technology such as an in-house biogas cogeneration system and a water-layer heat accumulator cover the technical requirements. The employees, on the other hand, cherish the bright, friendly atmosphere: floor to ceiling glass panels guarantee maximum daylight. Bridges, stairs and walkways traverse the 80-meter high atrium in the center. They allow communication, movement and a variety of views.
