Your tasks: Full responsibility and editorial care of selected channels in coordination with the Head of Public Relations. Strategic consulting on existing social media profiles and channels. Content quality assurance. Social media monitoring and reporting, preparation of summaries, reviews and analysis as well as interpretation of data. Creation of content in cooperation with different inhouse departments. Snappy copywriting skills.
What you should bring: Successfully completed university degree in marketing, communications, journalism or equivalent studies. At least one year of experience in social media customer support. Significant experience in online media and marketing as well as editorial planning. Passion for social media. Confidence in creating social media strategies, communication activities and campaigns, as well as monitoring and analytical reports. “Always on” sense of awareness and sense of urgency. English as native language preferred.
